Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read and write in English
- Experience in a retail environment producing a large number of cakes and pastries
- Ability to work at a fast pace while staying focused on completing individual tasks
- Basic understanding of the English language including communication, reading and writing basic instructions, schedules and signage
- A positive attitude is essential

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of cakes, desserts and pastries consistently at a high rate of speed
- Mix creams, sauces, fillings and icings
- Apply finishing work to cakes
- Take guest orders by phone and in-person
- Assist bakers and bakery clerks as needed
- Maintain a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment
