Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous bakery or cake decorating experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- open availability to meet business needs
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift moderate weights
- proof of authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Checks cake orders stand for special orders
- checks daily inventory and pulls stock from freezer or cooler
- de-pans, garnishes, and packages baked cheesecakes
- places finished product on racks and transfers to cooler, freezer, or wrapping area
- checks production schedule and processes cakes following assembly instructions
- cuts half-sheet cakes in half for filling, fills and ices cakes following weight instructions
- decorates cakes per guidelines
- assists with other bakery duties
- provides prompt and courteous member service
- follows cleaning and sanitation procedures
- complies with quality assurance and food safety standards
- ensures proper cleanup and disposal of hazardous materials
- operates vehicles, equipment or machinery as needed
- assists with department and other warehouse duties as necessary
