Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bakery or food service preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Proof of authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Check cake orders stand for special orders
- Check daily inventory on the floor and pull stock from the freezer or cooler to fill the merchandise area
- De-pan, garnish, and package baked cheesecakes
- Place finished product on racks and transfer racks to cooler, freezer or wrapping area
- Check production schedule for daily needs
- Process all cakes following assembly instruction in Cake Decorating Manual
- Cut half-sheet cakes in half to prepare for filling
- Fill and ice cakes following weight instructions
- Decorate cakes per decorating guidelines
- Assist with other bakery duties as needed
- Provide prompt and courteous member service
- Follow SSOP guidelines as they refer to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position
- Complete and comply with 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance, Food Safety certification, and all safety training required by the warehouse and department
- Ensure proper cleanup and disposal of hazardous materials
- Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery
- Assist with department duties as necessary
- Assist in other departments of the warehouse as necessary
