As a Cake Decorator at a Dairy Queen franchise, your role goes beyond just preparing food. You will bring fans' imaginations to life through the art of cake decorating, using a variety of tools and techniques such as icing, gel, drawings, decorating kits, airbrush technology, edible images, and lettering. You will assemble and decorate soft serve and Blizzard cakes, ensuring every cake looks appealing and meets high quality standards. Your creativity and attention to detail will help create joyful experiences for fans, making every occasion special.

Customer interaction is a key part of your responsibilities. You will enthusiastically welcome guests to the Dairy Queen brand, answer their questions about ingredients and preparation, and strive to exceed their expectations by delivering prompt and quality service. Resolving customer concerns calmly and professionally according to Dairy Queen's service recovery standards is also essential.
