The role is full-time with available mid-shift and closing shift schedules. The hourly wage range for this position is $18 to $31 per hour, with the actual pay meeting or exceeding the minimum wage requirements applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may be provided through annual or quarterly performance incentives, as well as premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums can apply simultaneously if the criteria are met.

As a Deli / Bakery Associate, your primary responsibility is to prepare high-quality products to meet customer needs. This includes engaging with customers at the service counter to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure a friendly shopping experience. The role also involves managing incoming merchandise by moving products to the sales floor for display.
