As a Cake Decorator at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in creating delightful and visually appealing bakery items that enhance the overall member experience. This position requires a combination of creativity, technical skill, and teamwork to plan and execute decorative designs on cakes and other bakery products. You will be responsible for ensuring that all bakery items meet high standards of quality, safety, and presentation, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory levels and control shrinkage. In this role, you will operate and sanitize bakery equipment, adhere strictly to food safety protocols, and maintain cold chain compliance throughout the production process. Embracing digital tools will be essential in helping you manage merchandise ordering, production tracking, and team training efficiently. Additionally, you will take ownership of the bakery area’s performance by managing waste, preparing for seasonal volume changes, and resolving member inquiries to provide exceptional service.

This full-time position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $19.00 to $27.00, with additional premiums available depending on shift, location, or specific job functions.
