The role being offered is for a part-time Deli/Bakery Associate who will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and presentation of the deli and bakery departments. This position involves preparing excellent deli and bakery products to meet customer expectations. The compensation for this part-time position ranges from $17.50 to $30.50 per hour, with the actual hourly wage meeting or exceeding the required minimum wage for the Arlington, TX area. Beyond the base hourly rate, associates may earn additional bonuses through annual or quarterly performance incentives. Specific premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour could also be applicable depending on the shift schedule, facility, seasonal variations, or particular work circumstances, allowing multiple premiums to be earned concurrently if all applicable conditions are met.
