The role of a Cake Decorator at Sam's Club is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about baking and customer service. The Cake Decorator will be responsible for planning and executing bakery production, maintaining in-stock levels, managing inventory to control shrinkage, and adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation standards. This role requires creativity and technical skills, as you will work with decorating bags, tips, and nozzles to create intricate decorative flowers and lettering on cakes and other bakery items.

In addition to decoration skills, the Cake Decorator leverages digital tools to improve sales and enhance the shopping experience, while also serving as a talent ambassador within the bakery team. This includes educating and training associates, assisting members with their bakery needs, and driving the bakery area's overall performance. Sam's Club offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $27.00 depending on experience and location, along with additional premiums under specific conditions.
