The company prefers candidates with a cake decorator's certification and a portfolio showcasing previous work. As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to demonstrate their decorating skills by completing cake designs on-site.

The role also demands physical stamina, including standing for long periods, working in varying temperature environments, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
