Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in cake decorating or bakery operations preferred
- ability to work early morning shifts
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- good hand-eye coordination.
Job Qualifications
- Experience with cake decorating tools such as pastry bags and tips
- familiarity with packaging and labeling cakes for inventory and special orders
- ability to follow recipes accurately
- knowledge of food safety standards
- excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Job Duties
- Cut, fill, and ice cakes
- decorate cakes and write messages using pastry bags and tips
- package cakes for special orders and back stock
- maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- assist in inventory management
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
