Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to cut, fill and ice cakes
- Ability to decorate cakes with messages using pastry bags and tips
- Ability to package cakes properly for sale
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cake decorating or bakery production preferred
- Basic knowledge of cake decorating techniques
- Ability to write legibly with pastry bags
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Cut, fill and ice cakes
- Decorate and write messages on cakes using pastry bags and tips
- Package cakes for special orders and back stock
- Ensure cakes meet quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management of bakery supplies
