Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to handle lifting moderate weights
- Availability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- Ability to follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Must pass company background and drug screening
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in deli or bakery roles is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle food safely and hygienically
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings
- Basic mathematical skills for measuring and portioning
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter providing excellent service
- Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and restock as needed
- Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
- Follow all company policies and procedures
