- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy

- Availability for various shifts including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in deli or bakery operations is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills

- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter providing friendly assistance
- Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor efficiently
- Clean and maintain proper food safety standards
- Stock and arrange deli and bakery displays attractively
- Follow all food handling and safety procedures
- Assist in inventory management and report stock needs
