Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work mid and closing shifts
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a food service or retail environment is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mid and closing shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter providing excellent customer service
- Move incoming merchandise from backroom to sales floor efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in preparation and service areas
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock accordingly
- Assist in receiving and stocking deliveries as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
