Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Operate bakery equipment according to guidelines
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math
- Proficient with computer applications
- Possession or ability to obtain Food Safety Certification within 180 days

- Ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales and knives
- Proficient with computer applications related to bakery operations

Job Duties
- Produce high quality decorated items according to company standards
- Decorate cakes, pastries, cupcakes, cookies and other bakery items using decoration kits and freehand skills
- Assist in daily bakery operations including baking, proofing and inventory management
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service and assist with customer orders and special requests
- Maintain fresh, appealing product displays according to merchandising plans
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations and company policies
- Promote teamwork, communicate effectively with associates and adhere to safety procedures
