- ability to work full-time hours including opening and morning shifts
- ability to comply with food safety and cleanliness standards
- physical ability to lift and move merchandise

Job Qualifications

- prior experience in deli or bakery roles is an advantage
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills for portioning and pricing
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- clean and maintain proper food safety standards
- ensure compliance with Walmart’s food safety policies
- support team collaboration and store goals
- participate in training and development activities
