- ability to work part-time shifts during opening and morning hours
- compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to lift and move merchandise
- willingness to follow company policies
- no use of illegal drugs or alcohol on the job
- maintenance of a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in deli or bakery roles preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts
- good communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- clean and maintain proper food safety standards
- replenish and organize department merchandise
- adhere to cleanliness and sanitation policies
- assist with inventory as needed
