As a franchisee of Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins, we are currently seeking motivated and talented cake decorators to join our team of cake artists. This opportunity is available for both full-time and part-time positions, with hours that are flexible and can be scheduled independently to accommodate your lifestyle. You will play a vital role in managing the creation and decorating of cakes that meet Baskin Robbins' high standards of design and presentation. The cake decorator will be responsible not only for the artistic aspect of cake design but also for handling orders received through various channels including online, phone, and in-person requests. This multifaceted role includes managing inventory for cakes and icings, ensuring that all decorating stations are well stocked, clean, and organized while strictly adhering to sanitation procedures. Job Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a cake decorator preferred
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work flexible hours
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Receiving and processing online, phone, and in person cake orders
- Managing cake and icing inventory
- Managing cake decorating station to include preparing icings, stocking decopacs, and following all sanitation procedures
- Decorating cakes according to Baskin Robbins cake design standards
- Maintaining a positive, friendly working relationship with guests, team members and leadership
- Stocking and maintenance of product displays according to quality and merchandising standards
- Potential for working in other areas of the restaurant
