This position is for a part-time Deli / Bakery Associate at Walmart Supercenter #2505. The role is crucial in ensuring that quality deli and bakery products are prepared and presented effectively for customers. Team members in this position will engage with customers directly at the service counter, helping to fulfill customer orders and provide information about products. Additionally, associates will play an active role in maintaining inventory by moving incoming merchandise from storage to the sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked and organized.

Maintaining high standards for food safety and cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of this job. Associates will be responsible for cleaning work areas and equipment regularly, adhering to all food safety guidelines to provide safe products for customers. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $17 to $30 per hour, adjusted to meet or exceed applicable minimum wage requirements depending on the job location. In addition to the hourly wage, there are opportunities for employees to earn performance-based incentives on an annual or quarterly basis, as well as premiums that reflect specific schedules, facilities, seasons, or work duties. These premiums can range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour and may accumulate if multiple criteria are met.
