- Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments in prescribed time

- Basic understanding of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to use bakery decorating tools and equipment
- Skilled in customer service and communication
- Familiarity with digital tools for business operations
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings
- Commitment to high standards of ethics and integrity
- Preferred experience in cake decorating
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality consistency and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools such as bags tips and nozzles
- Adhere to food safety standards sanitation guidelines and inventory management practices
- Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment and utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve customer experience
- Assist members with purchasing decisions resolve issues and prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes
- Model high quality service and product standards and contribute to training and developing associates
- Comply with company policies procedures and ethical standards and participate in continuous improvement efforts
