Job Requirements

  • Six months experience in fresh production area
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments in prescribed time
  • Willingness to comply with drug free workplace policies

  • Basic understanding of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to use bakery decorating tools and equipment
  • Skilled in customer service and communication
  • Familiarity with digital tools for business operations
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings
  • Commitment to high standards of ethics and integrity
  • Preferred experience in cake decorating

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
  • Plan bakery production ensuring quality consistency and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools such as bags tips and nozzles
  • Adhere to food safety standards sanitation guidelines and inventory management practices
  • Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment and utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve customer experience
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions resolve issues and prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes
  • Model high quality service and product standards and contribute to training and developing associates
  • Comply with company policies procedures and ethical standards and participate in continuous improvement efforts
