Job Requirements

- Cake decorating skills preferred

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to enhance customer service
- Educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plans and executes bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs
- Maintains adherence to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Utilizes digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Drives bakery area performance by managing quality, waste, and inventory
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member concerns
- Models high quality service and products while supporting team development
- Complies with company policies and promotes integrity and respect in the workplace
