Job Duties
- Build strong relationships with co-workers and managers to create a positive team environment
- Impress guests by providing a warm and friendly interaction
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Scale, decorate, and produce all desserts, pastries, and cakes
- Master all recipes and techniques and guide new cakers through learning
- Follow and maintain Paris Baguette and DND Groups safety standards and policies
- Maintain a tidy workstation and keep the cake display attractive
- Present a sharp and tidy appearance with a polished uniform
