Job Requirements
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policies
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Physical ability to perform bakery duties including standing and lifting
- Commitment to safety and food quality standards
Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate bakery equipment and use decorating tools
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Skill in using digital tools and handheld technology

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to provide excellent customer service
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and use various decorating tools
- Maintain food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use digital tools and handheld technology for production and merchandise ordering
- Manage inventory and control waste while preparing for seasonal events
