Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Compliance with company drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to lift and carry bakery products and materials as needed
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools and equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and help educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and work with a variety of bakery products
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- Drive performance of the bakery area by ensuring quality control and eliminating waste
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
- Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting high quality service and products
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
- Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers
- Embrace diversity and create a culture of belonging
- Maintain integrity and act ethically at all times
- Deliver results while prioritizing customer satisfaction
