Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work mid-shift or closing shifts
- ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
- pass required background checks and drug screening
- strong interpersonal skills
- legal authorization to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in deli or bakery operations is an advantage
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- effective communication skills
- attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter providing friendly and efficient assistance
- move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor to ensure shelves are stocked
- clean work areas and equipment regularly to maintain hygiene
- adhere to proper food safety standards and protocols
- assist with inventory management and product rotation
- support team efforts to meet performance and quality goals
