Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to work split shifts or weekends when required
Ability to lift and carry moderate weights up to 50 pounds
Must comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in deli, bakery, or food service roles is a plus
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
Basic math skills for transactions and inventory
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and openings

Job Duties

Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
Engage with customers at the service counter providing friendly and informative service
Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor ensuring proper stocking
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards in the deli and bakery areas
Manage product rotation to ensure freshness and reduce waste
Assist in inventory control and reporting of stock levels
Support team efforts to achieve department goals and customer satisfaction
