Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Less than one year of relevant baking or kitchen experience
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to handle, move, push, or pull objects under 25 lbs alone
- Capability to bend, twist, reach, and stoop with arms extended overhead and toward the knees
- Ability to perform duties on smooth or uneven surfaces such as stairs and inclines

Job Duties
- Produce baked goods such as pastries, bread, desserts, and more by following standard recipes and presentation expectations
- Weigh, mix, divide, and set up the ingredients for the daily baking operations
- Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of baking equipment and tools
- Watch over ovens and kitchen tools to validate that the appropriate cooking times and temperatures are adhered to
- Follow procedures for food safety and sanitation, which include storing food correctly, practicing good personal hygiene, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment
- Establish and dismantle workstation following kitchen regulations
- Maintain a high level of food quality and consistency in every batch made throughout the shift
