Job Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least one year of directly related cage, vault, or financial management experience
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in office technology such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain valid licensing through the Cherokee Nation Gaming Commission
Must possess a valid driver's license
Comfort working in a dynamic casino environment with exposure to smoke, loud noise, and bright lights
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Direct and oversee shift activities across casino cages, main cages, and vault operations through subordinate supervisors
Step in to manage overall department operations in the absence of the Cage Operations Manager
Oversee the security, accountability, and balancing of company funds including vault balances exceeding $4 million
Drive a customer-first culture by monitoring staff interactions and ensuring quick, accurate financial services
Enforce strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards including CNGC, IRS, and OHRC
Collaborate with security, surveillance, and accounting to investigate variances or suspicious activity
Hire, schedule, train, and mentor department staff to build institutional knowledge and drive performance
