Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least one year of directly related cage, vault, or financial management experience
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in office technology such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain valid licensing through the Cherokee Nation Gaming Commission
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Comfort working in a dynamic casino environment with exposure to smoke, loud noise, and bright lights
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs

  • Proficiency in office technology including Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Ability to obtain and maintain valid licensing through the Cherokee Nation Gaming Commission

Job Duties

  • Direct and oversee shift activities across casino cages, main cages, and vault operations through subordinate supervisors
  • Step in to manage overall department operations in the absence of the Cage Operations Manager
  • Oversee the security, accountability, and balancing of company funds including vault balances exceeding $4 million
  • Drive a customer-first culture by monitoring staff interactions and ensuring quick, accurate financial services
  • Enforce strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards including CNGC, IRS, and OHRC
  • Collaborate with security, surveillance, and accounting to investigate variances or suspicious activity
  • Hire, schedule, train, and mentor department staff to build institutional knowledge and drive performance
