Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Proven ability to handle financial transactions accurately
Experience with customer service and gaming environment preferred
Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, high demand environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand and walk long periods
Must pass background check and drug test
Compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory policies
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and operate related equipment

Job Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances
Well-groomed appearance to promote positive image
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Job Duties

Accurately handle customer exchanges for chips and cash equivalents and checks
Exchange foreign currency and foreign chips
Issue and redeem cage markers and front money deposits and withdrawals
Process travelers checks, wire transfers, and casino credit applications
Maintain customer accounts and confidentiality of information
Promote and explain Caesars Rewards programs and casino promotions to guests
Ensure compliance with Title 31, AML regulations, and casino policies
Answer telephones and provide excellent guest service
Perform cashiering bank accountabilities
Collaborate with team members across departments
Manage kiosk operations including redemption and promotional activities
Issue comps according to department guidelines
