Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proven ability to handle financial transactions accurately
  • Experience with customer service and gaming environment preferred
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, high demand environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand and walk long periods
  • Must pass background check and drug test
  • Compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory policies
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and operate related equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances
  • Well-groomed appearance to promote positive image
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Job Duties

  • Accurately handle customer exchanges for chips and cash equivalents and checks
  • Exchange foreign currency and foreign chips
  • Issue and redeem cage markers and front money deposits and withdrawals
  • Process travelers checks, wire transfers, and casino credit applications
  • Maintain customer accounts and confidentiality of information
  • Promote and explain Caesars Rewards programs and casino promotions to guests
  • Ensure compliance with Title 31, AML regulations, and casino policies
  • Answer telephones and provide excellent guest service
  • Perform cashiering bank accountabilities
  • Collaborate with team members across departments
  • Manage kiosk operations including redemption and promotional activities
  • Issue comps according to department guidelines
