The role of Cage Assistant Supervisor is a critical position within our casino operations team. This role supports the daily functioning of the casino cage, which is responsible for managing cash transactions, markers, and front money accounts, as well as enforcing company policies and gaming regulations. The Cage Assistant Supervisor works closely with the Cage Supervisor and other departments to ensure a secure and compliant gaming environment. This position requires a dedicated individual who can balance operational duties with top-notch customer service, maintaining vigilance over financial transactions and compliance with regulations like FinCEN Title 31 and SAR-C reporting.
Candidates will be expected to assist customers and other departments promptly and accurately, handle the balancing of bank accounts, markers, and front money, and make limited credit decisions within set limits. The role demands strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic casino setting. A valid Gaming Control Board license and alcohol awareness certification are mandatory, along with a minimum of three years experience in cage operations.
