This role requires effective communication skills in English, as Food Service Workers must follow verbal and written instructions carefully and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Essential qualifications include previous experience in food service and cashiering or related fields, as well as demonstrated basic math and reading skills at a fifth-grade level. To uphold safety and health standards, candidates must complete a mandatory FBI fingerprint background check, provide proof of immunity or immunization for measles and rubella, and successfully pass a post-offer physical exam including a 50-pound lift test before commencing work.
