The Cafeteria Team Manager role is a pivotal position within the New Hanover County School System's Child Nutrition Department. The starting salary for this position varies according to the specific school assignment and falls within grades 61, 62, or 63, reflecting the level of responsibility and experience required. The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of three years of experience in child nutrition or a similar field. Holding a valid North Carolina driver's license is mandatory, ensuring the ability to travel if needed. Additionally, possession of a current ServSafe or NC Safe Plate Certificate is required to guarantee compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
