- food handlers health card
- proof MMR and Hepatitis B health record
- IVP fingerprint clearance card
- ability to operate commercial kitchen equipment
- skills in safety, planning, and record keeping
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- flexibility to adapt to changing job conditions
