Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Manage and execute guest orders timely and professionally
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and culinary techniques
- Properly stock and replenish assigned stations
- Conduct visual quality checks of all food leaving the kitchen
- Follow correct food handling, storage, labeling, and rotation procedures
- Assist with preparing daily requisitions and communicating supply needs
- Support kitchen operations through teamwork and positive collaboration
- Perform additional duties as requested by culinary leadership
