With a rich history spanning many decades, Hilton has welcomed over 3 billion travelers worldwide, consistently setting high standards for quality and service in the hotel sector. The company's core mission is to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality, which is deeply embedded in its culture and values. Hilton operates a diverse portfolio of world-class brands, catering to a wide range of travelers and providing a spectrum of hospitality experiences from luxury to more accessible accommodations. Working at Hilton means being part of an award-winning workplace culture, recognized repeatedly on the World’s Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune, reflecting a supportive and inclusive environment for all team members.

As a Cafeteria Attendant at Hilton, you play a crucial role in supporting the culinary team to ensure the smooth operation of kitchen activities while embodying the spirit of hospitality that makes every guest's stay special. This role involves preparing kitchen equipment by setting up, cleaning, organizing, and staging various essential items such as hot boxes, Chef Garde Manager stations, speed racks, and Queen Marys. You're also involved in inventory management by assisting with receiving deliveries and accurately storing and organizing stock to maintain efficient kitchen operations. Helping with food service includes tasks like plating, dish-ups, and transporting prepared items to ensure timely and quality food delivery.

Maintaining kitchen cleanliness is another vital part of this position, which includes performing daily cleaning duties such as mopping floors and removing trash to uphold a hygienic environment. Additionally, the Cafeteria Attendant must comply with all regulatory standards, including health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the well-being of both guests and team members. Hilton values individuals who exhibit integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a proactive approach to their work, understanding that these qualities contribute significantly to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role offers an opportunity to join a supportive team where each effort contributes to making every stay a little more magical.

Hilton provides an enriching workplace experience, supporting team members' career growth and personal well-being. Employees enjoy numerous benefits like paid parental leave, mental health resources, generous paid time off, and financial security through retirement plans. Team members also benefit from incredible travel perks, including deeply discounted room rates worldwide through the Go Hilton travel program and an employee stock purchase program for investing in Hilton shares. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to grow in a dynamic and globally respected environment.
