Job Duties
- Lead café team to create a welcoming environment for customers
- Use data to impact sales, trends, waste, and inventory
- Present and implement viable business strategies
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance
- Coach team in drink making, food and beverage presentation, and visual merchandising
- Manage inventory and submit accurate waste logs
- Support bookfloor team when available
- Follow loss prevention procedures and de-escalate challenging situations
