Job Duties

  • Lead café team to create a welcoming environment for customers
  • Use data to impact sales, trends, waste, and inventory
  • Present and implement viable business strategies
  • Maintain reliable and punctual attendance
  • Coach team in drink making, food and beverage presentation, and visual merchandising
  • Manage inventory and submit accurate waste logs
  • Support bookfloor team when available
  • Follow loss prevention procedures and de-escalate challenging situations
