Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous barista or café experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to perform repetitive bending and lifting
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual attendance
- strong interpersonal skills
- willingness to work in multiple store locations if needed

- Prior experience in food service or retail leadership
