The role involves supporting the Food & Beverage Standards implemented by both Target and Starbucks, aiming to provide guests with a uniform shopping experience regardless of location or time of visit. This includes the responsibility to manage incoming food deliveries, monitor product expiration dates, rotate stock to preserve freshness, and maintain cleanliness within all food preparation and display areas. An essential aspect concerns collaborating with Starbucks Drive Up system operations to ensure prompt and accurate processing of digital orders, further improving guest satisfaction and operational flow.
