The role of Cafe Server at Flow is integral to bringing the company's mission to life through exceptional hospitality. The Cafe Server serves as a key brand ambassador, embodying warmth, energy, and intentionality in every customer interaction. Working closely with management and the operations team, the Cafe Server is responsible for assisting in the delivery of seasonal menus, maintaining the highest standards of service, and supporting a collaborative, respectful workplace culture.
Industry knowledge and hands-on experience in hospitality are essential, particularly with an emphasis on quality beverages, including coffee, beer, and wine. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple duties and priorities with grace and efficiency. Beyond operational tasks, the role demands social skills to build rapport with residents and guests, enhancing the overall experience through genuine engagement and attentiveness. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas, supporting community events, and promoting Flow’s merchandise with enthusiasm.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of server and/or bartender experience in a hospitality-driven environment
- experience in a bar, restaurant, café, or hospitality concept
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- valid Food Handler’s Certificate preferred
- ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds
- teamwork and collaboration skills
- customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of server and/or bartender experience in a hospitality-driven environment
- experience in a bar, restaurant, café, or hospitality concept with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and guest experience
- experience supporting new openings, evolving concepts, or fast-growing environments strongly preferred
- strong communication skills and the ability to connect naturally with guests and teammates
- comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments and wearing multiple hats as needed
- valid Food Handler’s Certificate (preferred)
Job Duties

- lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
