The Barista position at Porter Hospitality offers a full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $24.00, plus tips. This role serves as a vital part of the hospitality experience by preparing and serving premium coffee and tea beverages as well as baked goods. Baristas will engage with customers, sharing knowledge about Onyx Coffee's unique flavor profiles and sustainable sourcing practices. This makes the barista not only a beverage preparer but also an ambassador of the brand and sustainable coffee culture.

Key responsibilities of the Barista include customizing drink orders, maintaining clean and stocked service stations, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. The position requires handling point-of-sale transactions efficiently and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
