The role of Café Manager at Java House is pivotal in maintaining the brand’s excellence and thriving company culture. Candidates with at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience, or direct coffee industry experience, are strongly preferred. The Café Manager will lead their store team by example, demonstrating the core values of Java House, and ensuring the delivery of legendary customer service in a high-volume environment.

As a Café Manager, you will be responsible for coaching, supervising, hiring, training, and evaluating your team members. You will oversee staffing and scheduling needs to balance labor costs with quality service and team development. Beyond daily operations, you'll drive store-level initiatives that support company objectives and enhance operational excellence. You will manage inventory, cash handling, and financial performance, using critical business data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
