As a well-established cafe and bar, Sabine has built a reputation for delivering warm and professional service, fostering a welcoming environment for customers and a supportive workplace for its team members. The new Bellevue location is set to become a hub for locals and visitors alike, offering a unique blend of premium beverages and elevated front-of-house service.

We are seeking a hands-on Cafe Manager to help launch this new space and lead the front-of-house operations from day one. This role is perfect for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing managerial responsibilities with active bartending duties. The Cafe Manager will serve as the on-shift leader and main point of contact for both guests and staff, ensuring that every aspect of front-of-house service runs smoothly and adheres to Sabine’s high standards. This includes overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, managing cash handling and deposits, supporting scheduling, inventory management, and ordering, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

More than just management, this position calls for a leader who is actively engaged in the guest experience and takes pride in coaching and mentoring their team to deliver consistent, elevated hospitality. Bartending shifts are a regular part of the role, offering a hands-on opportunity to craft coffee and full bar drinks while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere Sabine is known for. With an hourly wage of $28 plus tips, this salaried position includes health insurance benefits at the management level, life and AD&D insurance, paid vacation time, and other employee perks.

Joining Sabine means becoming part of a company that celebrates diversity and inclusion and is dedicated to creating an inclusive workplace where every team member can grow and thrive. This role not only offers the chance to lead a new location but also to help shape its culture and impact in the community. For individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to be a key player in opening a new establishment, this Cafe Manager position offers a unique and rewarding career opportunity.
