Job Requirements
- 3+ years of cafe or restaurant management experience
- bartending experience required
- confident, professional communication and leadership skills
- ability to stay organized and composed in a fast paced environment
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- strong work ethic and passion for hospitality
- MAST certification required

Job Duties
- Lead daily front of house operations during assigned shifts
- serve as the on shift leader and main point of contact for guests and staff
- train, coach, and mentor FOH team members to deliver consistent, elevated service
- work regular bartending shifts (coffee, beer, wine & cocktails)
- set the tone for warm, professional hospitality and guest experience
- handle opening/closing duties, including cash handling and deposits
- support scheduling, inventory, and ordering
- ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
