Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Kitchen management experience preferred
- Cooking/customer service experience preferably in the food service industry
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Zero tolerance drug free employer including pre-employment check and random screening
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility
- Willingness to work non-exempt hours including evenings and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Compliance with food safety standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Responsible for the entire cafe operations
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Supervise other employees in the cafe
- Develop and maintain the menu in conjunction with the General Manager
- Order all food and other products from the food service provider
- Monitor food supplies and order replacement items as needed
- Review food costs and recommend pricing to the General Manager
- Complete knowledge of menu items and daily specials
- Cafe opening and closing duties of food preparation and cleaning
- Cook and prepare menu and daily special items
- Process food sales using the cash register and POS machine
- Abide by all standards established by the American National Standards Institute-Conference for Food Protection
- Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Maintain a clean dining area and drink bar throughout the day
