The Café Team Member at Urban Air Cafè plays an essential role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a fast-paced and engaging environment. This position involves working both in the kitchen and service areas, engaging with customers, preparing and serving a variety of menu items, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. The Café Team Member must demonstrate a sense of urgency and efficiency while maintaining outstanding guest service and care. Responsibilities include assisting guests at the counter with professionalism, recommending menu items to enhance guest experience, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. This role also requires hands-on food preparation such as measuring, cooking, and storing ingredients correctly. Team members will engage in maintaining the café’s cleanliness, managing queues, upselling products to maximize revenue, and handling guest feedback constructively. Additionally, the Café Team Member is expected to participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay current with operational best practices and company standards.
