The Urban Air Gilroy location is currently seeking dedicated Café Team Members to join their dynamic team, specifically focused on the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations within their Café. This role is essential to delivering an excellent guest experience by serving food and beverages promptly and courteously. Café Team Members will operate in both kitchen and service areas, handling tasks that range from cashiering to food preparation and cooking. They serve as the face of the venue, interacting directly with guests to ensure satisfaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Those joining the team are expected to work efficiently with a sense of urgency, maintaining high standards of guest service and hospitality. Duties will include providing product recommendations, managing inventory, handling cash transactions, keeping work areas clean, and following health and safety regulations.
