The role of a Cafe Operations Associate within El Camino Health plays a vital part in enhancing the overall experience for visitors, patients, and staff by managing day-to-day operations in a cafe environment. Working eight-hour day shifts, this role offers hourly compensation ranging from $26.00 to $32.89 USD and requires the physical ability to stand or walk for up to 49 percent of the shift, occasionally lifting up to 20 lbs.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a retail food service, coffee cafe, or catering environment, combined with strong customer service skills and an eye for quality and presentation. Barista skills and Point of Sale cashiering experience are preferred to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
