- high school diploma or GED
- two years of experience in retail food service, coffee cafe, or catering
- must exhibit strong customer service skills
- strong attention to detail, quality, and presentation
- ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication
- ability to follow instructions
- California Food Handlers certification

Job Duties
- prepare specialty coffee drinks
- serve and store prepared foods
- clean wares, equipment, and work areas in compliance with health regulations

- operate point of sale (POS) systems
- maintain quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards
- follow instructions and safety protocols
