The role of Café BOH/FOH Team Member at Urban Air Milwaukee (West) involves a dynamic and fast-paced position that contributes directly to the guest experience within the Urban Air Café. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for efficiently serving food and beverages while ensuring top-tier customer service is maintained. This position requires versatility, as the team member will work both behind the scenes in the kitchen (BOH) and in front of house (FOH) areas, including cashiering and guest interactions. You will prepare and serve menu items with care and urgency, while adhering to health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should be friendly and engaging, possess good communication skills, and thrive in a bustling environment.

In this role, you will demonstrate the highest standard of guest relations, providing advice and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage return visits. Managing food stock and maintaining cleanliness in both the café and surrounding areas is essential. Additionally, you will handle guest complaints with professionalism, escalate where necessary, and support your team through active participation in meetings and trainings.
