We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and preparing beverage orders, including mixing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes. This role requires a keen knowledge of cocktail ingredients, mixing techniques, and the ability to manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining a clean and orderly bar area. The Bartender will also handle monetary transactions accurately and maintain the cash bank throughout their shift. Monitoring guest consumption to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment is a crucial aspect of this position. Physical stamina is necessary as the role involves standing and walking for extended periods, as well as performing tasks that may require reaching, grasping, stretching, kneeling, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. The candidate must be at least 21 years of age, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a minimum of one year of experience in bartending or a related field. Additionally, the ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications related to alcohol service is required. Open availability is essential, allowing flexibility to meet the demands of a busy bar schedule.
