Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of one or more years of experience in the field
- Knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift
- Physical ability including reaching, grasping, stretching, and kneeling
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and certifications
- Must have open availability

- Strong customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Receive and prepare beverage orders including mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard beverage recipes
- Complete monetary transactions and maintain an accurate bank
- Monitor guest consumption
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Stand and walk for the majority of the shift
- Reach, grasp, stretch, and kneel as necessary during shift
- Lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 pounds as required
