- Demonstrates great character such as but not limited to honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
- exceptional organizational skills

- able to perform food service tasks including operating brewing machines and baking after proper training
- willingness to follow detailed instructions and maintain safety standards

Job Duties
- Responsible for handling monetary transactions: must be able to accurately conduct sale transactions, maintain a balanced sales drawer and make cafe deposits
- operate espresso/brewing machines, bake, and clean with proper training
- follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- maintain a safe environment
- follow daily open and close procedures when applicable
- adjust to changes in plans and implement solutions
- perform other related duties as assigned and required
