Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Ability to operate register/POS systems
  • Food Handling Certification
  • Physical capability to meet job demands
  • Compliance with company dress code and PPE requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience is recommended
  • Experience in handling cash is preferred
  • Basic arithmetic and numerical counting skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in English reading, communication, and following recipes
  • Completion of Food Handling Certification
  • Adherence to prescribed dress code
  • Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
  • Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required

Job Duties

  • Manage cash and credit card transactions by operating a register/POS system accurately
  • Greet and assist clients, anticipating their needs to ensure a positive experience
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
  • Follow location guidelines for food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain and record cash register contents, including deposit transactions
  • Comply with cash handling protocols and company policies
  • Clean and organize work areas, including coffee bars and tools
  • Sanitize equipment and surfaces consistently to ensure a hygienic environment
  • Manage inventory of drink chillers, snacks, serving tools, and flavor enhancers
  • Adhere to all food and beverage safety guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
